1. Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship orders within Pakistan only.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or for orders above a certain value (details will be displayed at checkout).

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can use this number to track your shipment with our courier partner.

4. Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues.
  • Faiz-e-Aam is not responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • In case of lost shipments, we will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
